I don't understand how this location has such a high rating... I've been here 4x over the past year and a half, I get the same thing every time, from every chik-fil-a that I go to... The 8 count meal. The chicken here is ALWAYS undercooked and rubbery. The service is awful, the teenagers that work here have no manners and are completely rude. All chick-fil-a restaurants are great, EXCEPT this one. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There's another one on commercial boulevard west.

I love this Chick Fila. My only two gripes are the parking and the annoying female Spanish manager that works mornings. She sounds like a barking chihuahua barking out orders to the kitchen staff. I think it's highly unprofessional and annoying that you can hear her clear across the other side of the restaurant. I don't know if the restaurant manager knows how annoying she is . I can't have a decent breakfast without hearing her annoying voice.

We love Chick-fil-A I think the food is great and the atmosphere is wonderful and the service is great!

One of my favorite Chic Fil-A restaurants. Maybe it's my favorite because it's the closest to my house. Any fan of this Resturant chain understand why it's the #1 chicken Resturant chain in the country. In usual fashion of this Resturant chain the customer service is speaks for itself from the time you walk through the door. Certainly not your usual fast food customer service. The food of course is excellent one of my favorites being the chicken salad sandwich with the chicken tortilla soup lemonade no ice. Usually my reviews are longer but there is not much to say about this place how good it is speak for itself.

Tasty chicken sandwiches, friendly staff and quick drive-through. If you eat inside, it's clean and overall it's a great fast food spot. I'll stop here over McDonalds any day!

Love this spot!!! Always great food and great service. I think the people that work for chickfila get a special training because they are always so nice at this location. This spot can get a little busy but the staff there well prepared for anything. I could eat here everyday. This location is pretty big and a play area for kids.

Good food and a good deal. You just can't beat chick fillet for a chicken sandwich. The prices are fair, the staff is very friendly and the calories for each meal are posted not be main menu. The place was a little busy tonight and there's always a few kids running around screaming, but they have a drive thru if that bothers you. Had a chicken sandwich tonight at just under 400 calories and skipped the usual big Saturday night out. I was happy and my son was happy and we were in and out in 20 min. I'll come back for good food and a fair deal. I just wish they weren't closed on Sundays.

Always quick and accurate with order. Will never get tired of the food here . So addicting!

  • David V.

The 1 star is for service only after food ordered, kids go here all the time and always have to go to counter to receive a refill even though they have someone walking around that is suppose to asking your customers for refills or anything else tonight she was too busy talking to people she knew for at least 5 minutes at a time or not even on the floor at all.Food has always been excellent and is the only reason I go here. All other locations I go to always have someone running around getting refills without having to ask. POOR SERVICE HERE!

What can I say but I love Chick Fil A and this location is great. It's a little hard to find and the parking situation is kind of a pain with the one way in and having to exit through the gas station, but it's a nice, clean place once you get inside. I also wish they had some more parking as the lot seems pretty full. Everything I've gotten at Chick Fil A has been wonderful and the food at this location was just as great. The people working here are well trained and friendly. The only negative I can say is most of the other stand alone locations have had the dipping sauces out where they keep the straws, napkins, etc., but this one you have to go to the counter and ask for them. I would have thought they would have had them out or ask if you want any when you're ordering nuggets.

Who doesn't love Chick-Fil-A?! I have no complaints about this place; clean, staff are always friendly, and best of all, if your food is not ready, they will come to your table and deliver it to you there:) Love that they have an indoor play area that my son can go to and I can sit at a booth and watch him play! I love the lemonade; so delish and if you really want try it with the sweet tea mixed together-amazing! I always get the chicken sandwich but this time I tried the Greek yogurt parfait and it was pretty good. Only downfall was that it was super tiny! I wish it came in a larger cup! :p Overall great experience as always :)

So, I'm not too sure what to give this place. I wanted to try chick -fil-A because I was in another state and wanted something they don't have where I live & my daughter was dying to try it. The pros Good, fresh fast food - took a little long but I guess cause it's cooked to order. I prefer that rather than places that have tmr food sitting in holding cabinets Great customer service Not expensive Cons Too many kids running around. I don't know if it's just this location, because they have a playroom. But kids running around the place barefoot. Every table had kids screaming and out of their seats. Long wait- but it's ok they bring the food to your table

This place is always busy. I always get a milkshake here when I'm craving. Got a vanilla milkshake and a nugget meal. Chicken is always seasoned and cooked well and the milkshake was delicious. Place was clean and service was quick. The drive thru also has the attemdant outside to take your order when they get busy which is what Boynton does as well. It's a great system so the wait isn't terrible.

I went through the drive through, and the staff was very friendly and proper (which I think is a job requirement to work at Chick Fil-A. I got the spicy chicken sandwhich, which is my favorite but it truly is spicy (pepper jack cheese and spicy crusted chicken).

This review is mainly for drive thru. Its like Chick Fil a made itself into this big phenom so like most stores, this one has hella long car lines pretty much all times of day and night. I asked why have live servers outside and I was told it makes service much much faster than the speaker box ordering. You can't beat the value, especially for kids meals. Not many places left you can feed a family of four for around $20 bucks a pretty decent feel good chicken meal.

I will give Chick fil A management a total 5 star rating for recovery on the awful thug experience of this weekend. I got 3 emails and 2 calls from them wanting to know more. Thanks for caring. I am still not coming back. ...til I see security of the parking lot and store on peak hours on Saturdays.

Not a big fan of fast food since something always ends up wrong but coming to Chick-fil-a I think change my perspective. Staff was nice way better than the workers at McDonald's food taste much better then it seems. Staff is really nice making sure everything was prepared correctly making me want to come me back . The fast food chain was defiantly on top of their job.

They handle long lines very well! Always courteous staff with friendly smiles.. Plus I love the fruit punch mixed with lemonade!

I don't usually eat at chick fil a but I thought the service was fabulous in the 5 min I was there for a big order. From the cashier, the gentleman that handed me my food (bingo) to the gal stocking the ketchup. Great service guys! I rarely take the time to write reviews. You were worth it.

  • Nicole S.

The grilled chicken nuggets are very good. I had those and small diet lemonade, splurged my calories on a small waffle fries. Not a bad dinner for just over 400 calories! Kids had regular nuggets and had Polynesian and the Chick-Fil-A sauces.

I worked at Chick-fil-a when I was 14 years old back in 1992. This was my second job that I ever held and let me tell you they know how to treat their employees. The management staff was so friendly and so kind. I remember back then that I really loved my job. The reason why I tell you this is because when I go into Chick-fil-a today I see the same happy employees just like it was 1992. They really make you feel at home when your dining in and they're just as friendly in the drive-thru. This is just all a reflection on Chick-fil-a and what a good company they are. When I go here I order the same thing. Two original chicken sandwiches, large waffle fry and a large coke. Their sandwiches are to die for. The waffle fries are awesome and so are their chicken nuggets. You cant go wrong with anything you order. The best part of all is that their food does NOT taste like fast food. You don't get that nasty ichy feeling like you do when you eat at other fast food joints. The restaurant is always spotless and the condiment bar is great. Oh, don't forget to ask for polynesian sauce, lol Eat at chick-fil-a, you wont regret it!!!

  • Nicolette R.

Service is always fast, food is usually good, and the location is kept very clean. The staff is VERY friendly as well, which is uncommon now-a-day. My only complaint... more of an annoyance, is that whenever we go there in the morning for breakfast (which is usually ATLEAST once a week, sometimes twice) we like to order French Fries... the cashier always gives us a ridiculous wait time for the fries, and their tone sounds like they're trying to get us to not order the fries... each time we go we like to try to guess how long of a wait time we'll be told... last time we were told 30 minutes! LOL. We just laughed and said that's fine, because we know it never takes more than 5 minutes. So be prepared, if you try to order fries, they'll try to give you a ridic wait time so that you change your mind. But it really will only take a few minutes :)

  • Erin J.

This Chic-Fil-A is super clean and efficient! My order was ready and hot before I could grab a straw for the drinks! Great customer service!

  • Maria A.

I was not greeted in a timely manner at the Counter. A young employee even came up from where he had been in the kitchen to where I awaited service and helped himself to another beverage without greeting me. The thing that is very bad at this Chik fil-A is the constant loud hollering in Spanish.

  • David P.

Place is a well oiled machine. Long line don't get discourage still have you out in under 7 minutes. I don't kno what they do different then other fast food chains but the employees are always happy too. Great lunch spot

  • Frank B.

Like all Chick-Fil-A's, this location has the same high quality, excellent staff and food that you expect from this company. Their sandwiches are always fresh and if you have any unpleasant experiences there they will quickly resolve (positively) the situation that you encountered. Always a treat to go. This location can get really packed but that is because it's the only one in Coral Springs. Patience is a virtue! Cheers!

  • Ashley L.

We just ate lunch here on our way to Orlando and I'm so glad we chose here to grab a quick bite. The service was unlike any fast food place I've ever experienced! I have always loved Chick-fil-A's restaurants for their courteous great service but this one was the best so far! Gail was the friendliest and best employee I have seen in quite some time. I really wish we had more people like her and service like this around. FAN-TASTIC!

Surprisingly good for a fast food chain. Real chicken and fries. And everyone is nice which is very rare at these kind of places.

Food is great. Service is an A+. Going back here again to try the other items on their menu. Woohoo!

The Coral Springs chick fil-a does not follow their corporate policy of a free meal on Veterans Day for veterans. My active duty son who just returned from the Persian Gulf was told no when he showed his military id. Shame on you chick fil-a.

  • Stefan S.

Almost every Chick-Fil-A has consistently the same food. Things like the decor, cleanliness, and service seem to vary a bit from location-to-location. This location has a children's playground that looks a little dirty, although most usually do. Some of the booths in the back of the restaurant are damaged. The staff is really friendly. If there's a long drive-thru line, I'd suggest parking and walking inside. That tends to shave a few minutes off your total wait. Try the cookies & cream milk shake! One of the best.

Everytime I come to this place the food is hot, the service is good, the food is great for fast food and the kids work hard. What more can you ask for? Good place!

I love their waffle fries!!! It is tasty and not too oily. I love the Hienz ketchup packet! Its so much easier than the traditional packets. Their customer service are great!

Would say the standard for service in fast food. If your there in the morning get the breakfast platter. It's not on the menu. You have to ask for it.

Chick-Fil-A has always been a favorite, long before they were in every mall Truett Cathy sent food to the summer camp that I attended. Their food is always delicious and the employees are "over the top" friendly.

If you order the chicken noodle soup, don't really expect to see much in the way of chicken. The broth was average, but not really what I'd call flavorful. There were a few carrot pieces and adequate number of overcooked noodles. But chicken? I think I had 3 pieces that might have come close to filling my spoon, if I clumped them together.

Tasty and consistent in food quality. The bowl option provides enough food for my lunch and late lunch snacking! grate food, just stubble upon this place for lunch and was very happy with all the food. Highly recommended

Dan I Cook Chicken Strip Dinner Winner! Ok I decided to do my own taste test. I compared Chik Fil A to my favorite fast food chicken joint, KFC. The reason behind this was because of all the boycott talks and free speech issues revolving around this joint. I'm really not into CFA's food except for the waffle fries and the shakes but I've only eaten there maybe 5 times in my life. With that said, I decided to see how the food matched up. I ordered a chicken strip meal with fries and coleslaw from each place. in addition, I made my son participate in a blind tasting too. For my son I placed the chicken from KFC with the waffle fries and the CFA with the steak fries just to switch things up. My son had the CFA plate first and right away he said this was CFA. He said he could tell by the taste. I was impressed. He tried the KFC plate and he said they were ok but CFA was better tasting. He said both fries were good but he like KFC better. He didn't eat the coleslaw because it doesn't like it. As for me, I tried both and CFA was way better. First thing was it tasted like chicken and not breading. The bread coating for CFA has a sweet taste but it didn't over power the chicken. The waffle fries were outstanding and they were cooked perfect. The coleslaw was a little creamy for me but the flavor was ok. KFC's chicken was very dry and just coated with breading. Not sure if I got a bad batch but I don't remember these strips being so $hitty. KFC's coleslaw was much better. Not as creamy and all the components are diced small and it has a nice sweet flavor to it. The fries were just ok. Service at both places were excellent so that was not an issue or the cleanness. In a nutshell. This is about CHICKEN and even though I was pulling for KFC, Chik Fil A makes a superior Chicken Strip Meal. Remember to tell the, Dan sent you and Stay Hungry!

I'm reviewing Chick-Fil-A based on how it compares within the same industry: fast food. I hate to call Chick-Fil-A "fast food", because I feel like it's in a class on its own, but that's what it is... technically. If you've never been to a Chick-Fil-A before, then prepare yourself for an experience beyond anything you could get at a McDonald's or a Burger King. No dirty dining areas, no unhappy employees, no "questionable" food products, less order mess-ups (hey, we're all human), and a feeling of pleasantry once you leave. See, they include something in their business that fast food as an industry does not seem to comprehend: customer service. The people taking your order behind the counter are willing to bend over backwards to make sure your experience is a good one. This is something that appears to be ingrained directly into the Chick-Fil-A franchise as a whole, and not particular to any one location. I've come in numerous times with my children, and they will be more than happy to take my food and deliver it directly to my table! McDonald's: no. Chick-Fil-A employees will walk around the table area, and ask you if you want your drink refilled (and they will do it for you with a smile on their faces). McDonald's: no. Sometimes I'll sit down and they have samples of brownies or other goodies that they will let you try, for free. McDonald's: no. And if your order is messed up for any reason, they will make sure that you are satisfied with the resolution. McDonald's: no. I have a friend who ordered some platters of food for his son's birthday (they were having a gathering). When the birthday came, my friend went to go pick up the food, and they had messed up and didn't actually prepare the platters. They had a record of him calling and ordering, but I guess they'd overlooked it or something. They sincerely apologized, and made it for him on the spot. They originally told him when he first placed the order that it was going to be about $150 (a lot of food). The new price... FREE. That's right, free! McDonald's: no. Needless to say, my friend continues to go to Chick-Fil-A on a frequent basis. I had an order messed up once as well. They'd forgotten to give me a 12-piece chicken nugget box that was supposed to go to my daughter. Not only did the manager offer to replace the 12-piece, but she also offered to give me an additional 12-piece box for free, and DRIVE IT TO MY HOUSE PERSONALLY! McDonald's: Ha! I love Chick-Fil-A so much that I've actually been seriously considering attempting to open my own store in Boca Raton. Who knows. When I'm deciding on fast food, for me, the choice is simple. Chick-Fil-A stands alone.

I'm not a fan of fastfood or burgers at all, but their food is good. The spicy chicken burger is out of this world! I'm a fan of In N Out in the west coast, but I would put Chick Fil A on my fastfood list! I actually finished a burger for the first time without rushing to the toilet afterwards. (Didn't mean to be gross, but fastfood gives me instant diarrhea.) I would definitely come back and try the other meals, I'm sure they're all good. Can't wait!

I LOVE CHIK-FIL-A Why oh why are there none in NYC? In Florida I make it a point to crab a classic chicken sandwich and waffle fries on the regular, especially this one located close to my favorite library. Great dipping ketchup packs and antibacterial wipes for your hands. The counter people are always pleasant no matter the location and greet you by name, great touch for "fast food". I know you have to be closed on Sunday but often it is a bummer.

  • Pyke D.

Do not eat here, ever. For one thing, you'll only get cravings for CFA on Sundays, when they are closed. You don't need that stress in your life! Go to another fast food place. Sure, their fries won't be waffled, their sandwiches will be bland and boring next to a CFA, and they don't have cookies and cream milkshakes. But come on, those stupid cows can't even spell, they deserve to be eaten. And CFA doesn't have any cowmeats! Full disclosure: This review written by a chicken.

A (CFA) is what fast food should be. The food is good, the restaurant is clean, and the service is superior to any of the company's competitors. Parking: Entering this CFA can be somewhat tricky. As you head north on University, the entrance comes up quickly. Not a huge problem as the gas station next door connects to the CFA parking lot. The parking lot gets full at dinner time, but it's nothing like the parking at the Walk" Exiting is a bit odd, since the driver must leave through the gas station or use the road that runs behind the restaurant. Food: In the genre of fast food, I find CFA to have the freshest product. I particularly like the chicken salad sandwich. Of course, the waffle fries are yummy. My favorite is their "Ice Dream" in a cone. It has fewer points on Weightwatchers than McDonalds, and it tastes better. Restaurant: The place was clean, and there are actual folks who continually clean the tables. This level of attention to detail blew my mind. Service: This is CFA's best part. Everyone there looked groomed and clean. No dreadlocks, gold teeth, piercings, and visible tattoos could be found. The employees are polite and seem more efficient than what is found at a typical fast food restaurant. Price: CFA is pricier than other places, but the cost is worth it. I like their business plan and philosophy. I love Chick Fil A, but I wish they were open on Sunday.

chick fil A is the anti mcdonalds/burger king/wendys!! i use to go to the mall version of this restaurant and was not satisfied. now that there restaurants i've become a fan in a big way. The inside is clean, employees are friendly and the food is fast but not shitty!! if i can i will not go to micky D's burger king or wendys EVER AGAIN!! And there not open on sundays which is like a major sin in the fast food world but i like that. all in all its a much better dining experience than other fast food joints, oh did i mention they have a fresh flower on every table... INCREDIBLE!!...I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

I had some problems with this particular Chick-Fil-A location last year when getting nugget platters for our office holiday party... but my experience this year was spectacular. I ordered the platters on their website, and got a confirmation email. I went to pick them up the next day at the designated time. The staff was friendly, and I only had to wait about 3 minutes for the platters to be brought out. And without my even asking, the guy carried them to the car for me so I wouldn't have to do it myself. Now that's great customer service! And of course, the nuggets and brownies were a huge hit at the party. Their nuggets are always amazing - this is the only fast food I eat, and I don't feel gross and greasy when I'm done. Also, if you have room after your meal, definitely get the ice cream (they call it "ice dream") cone. It's low-fat vanilla ice cream, but you'd never know it. It's insanely good. Now if only they could get a location closer to me... :)

Lord, I pray that you would come and bless Chick Fil A and may they prosper! These guys know how to make a kick a$$ chicken sandwich. Forget Mickey Ds and their Southern Style chicken or the insanely gross KFC's new sandwich. No one compares to chick fil a. It starts with a clean, inviting exterior and interior. When you enter, you are greeted with a smile and when you request something, you are told that it was "my pleasure" to help. The food is hot and fresh and the condiment stand has Tabasco sauce, mints and wet naps! What else could you ask for?? This is by far the best fast food restaurant in Coral Springs! Try it.... NOW!!!! :-P

Hell yes, chicken done proper! Friendliest drive-thru staff you'll ever encounter. Closed on Sundays!

I LOVE Chick Fil A. I'd get fat as a pig if I ate there as often as I would like. This is a new location. Seems odd that they ask for your name after taking your order, but when you see how many people are in line you will understand. This location also has an indoor playground. The place is modern and kept clean. It looks more like a restaurant than a fast food place. I think I know where I am going for lunch today. I wish they were open on Sundays.

This has to be the greatest fast food place ever (if I have to even categorize it as fast food) The service is always good, friendly and helpful from management down. Try to find another place that offers to bring your food to your table, check on your drinks, ect. I have better service here than at most restaurants. The food is delicious. This is a little piece of fast food heaven......God, please bless chic-fil-a

Had a great time and great food here. The indoor playground is great for kids, especially on a hot or rainy summer day. The restaurant, play area and bathrooms are very clean, the staff is super friendly. The grilled chicken salad with fruit is really tasty and filling.

Yes this is a chain but the thing that sets the coral springs chic fila from the rest is the owner and the managers. The owner is such a nice man and so are his managers and employees. They makE it pleasant to eat here
